Using PlantGO

• Use it for your own tasks, goals, habits and notes
• Don’t misuse it: don’t break or overload the service, get around its security, or try to reach other people’s data
• Don’t use it for anything illegal

Your account

• An account is optional. You sign in with your email address
• Keep your email safe: anyone who can read it can sign in as you
• You are responsible for what happens in your account

Your content

• What you write stays yours
• You let us store, copy and sync it, only to run PlantGO for you

Alpha software

• Features can change, move or go away
• Things can break, and data can get lost. Export a backup from Settings → Data now and then

No warranty

PlantGO is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, or for lost data

Ending

• You can stop using PlantGO at any time and delete your data
• We can suspend an account that breaks these terms
• We can change or end the service. When we can, we tell you first, so you have time to export your data

Governing law

• These terms follow the law of Estonia
• If you live in another EU country, its consumer protection still applies to you

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, we update this page and its date. Using PlantGO after a change means you accept it

• PlantGO is run from Estonia, in the EU
